Donald Trump won Norman County by 22 percentage points in 2024, but Sen. Amy Klobuchar — running for re-election — also won there, albeit by less than a point. The rural county in the Red River Valley has gotten redder since it went for Klobuchar in 2012 by a 48-point margin, and it’s far from certain that Klobuchar can carry it running for governor this year.
After spending months being shuttled from facility to facility and eventually to the infamous Guantanamo Bay prison in Cuba, three Minnesotans arrested by ICE have been deported to Somalia, including Adam Mohamed Abdullah and Hassan Abtidoon.

That’s more than a minute better than Zinaida Semenova of Russia did in 2001 when she set the previous record, and Chebii’s nearest competitor this year finished more than six minutes behind her.

And at U.S. Bank Stadium, the Vikings defeated the woeful Dolphins 15-10 and no, that wasn’t two touchdowns, an extra point and a two-point conversion — that was five field goals. The Vikes are now 4-0 and it feels kinda like this:
